The Forum of Executive Women's annual Pay Equity Roundtable brings together leaders from diverse fields to address Pennsylvania's persistent gender pay gap. Our 2026 roundtable, "From Insight to Action: Confronting the Barriers to Pay Equity," will build on the findings of our annual Women in Leadership report.
This roundtable takes a deeper look at the structural and systemic barriers that continue to limit pay equity - and what it will take to dismantle them. The Forum’s annual Pay Equity Report serves as a catalyst for closing the gender pay gap in the Philadelphia region, equipping business leaders across industries with the tools needed for meaningful change.
