What's Next?

About What's Next

Forum Members are leaders in their fields and leaders in the community. When approaching about the thirty year mark in their career they might ask themselves, what's next? From board opportunities to programs for meaningful connection and thought leadership, the What's Next Initiative was created to support Forum Members who are in or are approaching a new chapter in their careers

The initiative was shaped directly by member input. Focus groups told us that what these members want most is thoughtful conversation, intimate settings, and space to reflect on purpose and the next stage of leadership. Members have also been clear that they want What's Next to feel distinct—designed specifically for women navigating meaningful transitions.

How to Get Involved

What's Next? is not a separate membership tier, it's special programming. Throughout the year, The Forum hosts approximately four What's Next programs. Upcoming events will be marked in the Program Calendar with an icon that says What's Next so members can easily find and join.

As we continue to tailor our offerings to fit the needs of all members, we will host What's Next brainstorm sessions open to all interested Forum Members.
