The scope of our review is based on Philadelphia’s top 100 public companies, by fiscal year 2024 revenue, as published by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Champions of
Board Diversity
The Forum has been recognizing companies who have 30% or more women on their boards since 2017, because research shows that achieving this threshold is critical for creating meaningful organizational change and reshaping decision-making.
This year, a record 54 companies were named Champions of Board Diversity. This is the first time ever that over half of companies surveyed met the Champion threshold.
