How we increased the impact of women in the workplace and beyond.


"As I look back on 2025, I am filled with gratitude for the remarkable women who make up The Forum of Executive Women and the transformative work we accomplished together this year.


With more than 600 members leading across every sector that drives our regional economy forward, our collective voice has never been stronger. This year, we hosted over 100 events for members, launched a new website, and published two critical reports on pay equity and women in leadership. Through published pieces in The Philadelphia Inquirer, WHYY, The Philadelphia Citizen, and more, we elevated conversations on pay equity, women in leadership, and paid family leave.


Our Forum Mentoring Program matched over 40 mentees with experienced leaders, while initiatives like Spark and “What's Next” supported emerging and transitioning leaders in our community.


We proudly sponsored the Philadelphia Business Journal's Women of Influence Awards and forged more than 10 strategic partnerships that extended our impact across the region.


Looking ahead, The Forum Foundation has launched a new strategic plan and the Catalyst Award, deepening our ability to invest in women's leadership for generations to come.
