Catalyst Award

Launched in 2025, The Catalyst Award is a year-long leadership accelerator for women who move the Philadelphia region forward.

Nominees can be working in any sector: private, public, nonprofit, or entrepreneurial. Typical professional awards celebrate past achievements. The Catalyst Award focuses on the future. It seeks to propel the careers of women whose greatest achievements lie ahead. Winners will take part in a year-long career accelerator and each will receive a stipend to participate in a leadership development program of their choice.
