THE FORUM FOUNDATION
Since its founding in 2004, The Forum Foundation has served as the philanthropic arm of The Forum of Executive Women, channeling the collective energy, influence, and generosity of its members into meaningful impact across Greater Philadelphia. Through targeted mentorship and partnerships, the Foundation has advanced programs that uplift women and girls—supporting leadership development, economic empowerment, and systemic change in the workplace and beyond.
History & Reinvention
20+ YEARS IN THE MAKING
The Forum provided the seed grant that brought The Forum Foundation to life as a nonprofit organization over 20 years ago. The goal was to promote the advancement of women leaders in the Greater Philadelphia region by creating pathways for women to rise.
Today, The Forum Foundation continues to build upon its founding spirit. In 2025, The Foundation created a new strategic plan and launched The Catalyst Award, reimagining its signature program.
