Meet the 2026 Forum Foundation Catalyst Award Winners
We are thrilled to announce the recipients of this year's Forum Foundation Catalyst Award — four exceptional women leaders from across our region, each poised to drive transformational change in their sectors.
The Forum Foundation Catalyst Award is unlike any other recognition. It honors women who are not yet at the pinnacle of their careers, but are on their way, and pairs that recognition with a full year of professional development, Spark Membership with The Forum, access to our network of 650+ leaders, and a leadership advancement program through Villanova University.
This year's winners represent the breadth of leadership shaping the Philadelphia region:
- Private Sector: Taina Estremera, Founder & CEO, Serene Consulting
- Public Sector: Tracie Johnson, Youth Ombudsperson, City of Philadelphia
- Nonprofit Sector: Kamesha Callands, Manager of External Affairs, Community College of Philadelphia
- Entrepreneurship: Khaliah Moody, Founder & CEO, Steady Strides Behavior Solutions
