Every year, Mentoring Monday reminds us why our work matters — not just in boardrooms and C-suites, but in the moments when one woman looks another in the eye and says: I see you. Keep going.
On March 16th, The Forum was proud to sponsor and lead the Philadelphia Business Journal's Mentoring Monday, bringing together some of the region's most accomplished women leaders to mentor the next generation of professionals navigating their careers, their ambitions, and their identities.
The Morning Unfolded
After a warm welcome and a brief overview of the agenda, mentors and mentees dove into the heart of the event: focused, fast, and remarkably real conversations. The format, structured mentoring sessions followed by open networking, was designed to maximize both depth and breadth. In short rounds, mentees brought their sharpest questions and their most honest goals.
The mentors, all Forum members and leaders across the Philadelphia region, brought hard-won wisdom, candor, and no small amount of heart. These are the conversations that don't always happen in performance reviews or strategy meetings. They happen here.

Why The Forum Believes in This Work

Mentoring Monday is one expression of a commitment The Forum has held for decades: that women leaders in this region deserve access to each other.
