Women Shaping Business in Philadelphia with the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce
Dec 15, 2026
08:30 AM

Leadership is most powerful when it creates opportunities for others.

Join The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia and The Forum of Executive Women for an engaging conversation on how women in executive and boardroom roles can expand economic opportunity and advance upward mobility across the region. Attendees will hear from accomplished women across the region’s business community about how decisions involving hiring, compensation, talent development, corporate strategy, and board governance can expand access to opportunity and create pathways for others to succeed.

The event will explore the latest findings of The Forum of Executive Women's 2026 Women in Leadership Report, and discuss where women leaders have the greatest influence, how they can turn that influence into meaningful action, and what it takes to build pathways for the next generation. Attendees will leave with new perspectives on individual and the organizational practices that help communities thrive, along with the opportunity to exchange ideas and connect with fellow executives.

Join us to explore how women can use their influence to drive lasting change and help build a more inclusive, economically vibrant Greater Philadelphia region.
