The Forum Celebrates Community and Impact at the 2025 Holiday Party
Featuring the Unveiling of the Forum Foundation's Catalyst Award.
The Forum of Executive Women brought together women leaders, sponsors, and partners from across Greater Philadelphia for its 2025 Holiday Party, an evening dedicated to celebrating connection, leadership, and collective impact. More than a festive gathering, the annual event highlighted the powerful progress made in advancing women into positions of influence throughout the region.
Launch of the 2025 Impact Report
A key moment of the evening was the unveiling of The Forum’s 2025 Impact Report, showcasing how the organization continues to strengthen women’s leadership in the workplace and beyond. The report reflects progress in mentorship, professional development, thought leadership, and advocacy that drives meaningful change across industries.
Honoring Forum Ally Why Not Prosper
Guests also recognized The Forum’s longtime nonprofit partner, Why Not Prosper, which supports women reentering their communities after incarceration. Since 2001, the organization has provided education, resources, and pathways to economic stability, helping women rebuild their lives and thrive.
The partnership exemplifies The Forum’s commitment to uplifting organizations that empower women and girls across Philadelphia.
Spotlight on The Forum Foundation and the Catalyst Award
The evening highlighted The Forum Foundation, the philanthropic arm of The Forum of Executive Women, which has advanced leadership development and workplace equity since 2004. In 2025, the Foundation introduced a new strategic plan and launched the Catalyst Award, a year-long leadership accelerator designed to support women shaping the future of the Philadelphia region. Nominations will open in March 2026.

The Holiday Party offered meaningful opportunities for networking, reflection, and community building among women executives and allies. Guests enjoyed reconnecting, welcoming new members, and celebrating shared accomplishments.
