Karen Kaufman Named Vice Chair, Erinn Corbett-Wright Appointed Secretary

Philadelphia, PA – September 16, 2025 – The Forum Foundation, the charitable arm of The Forum of Executive Women, announced two key leadership appointments to its board of directors. Karen Kaufman has been named Vice Chair, and Erinn Corbett-Wright has been appointed Secretary, effective immediately.


"We are thrilled to have Karen and Erinn step into these critical leadership roles," said Kimberly Togman, Chair of The Forum Foundation Board. "Their combined expertise and deep commitment to our mission will be invaluable as we continue to advance opportunities for women in leadership."


Karen Kaufman brings extensive experience to her new role as Vice Chair. As the longest-tenured Forum member on the board, she contributes deep institutional knowledge and wisdom to the organization. Over the past two years, Kaufman has been instrumental in The Forum's entrepreneurs mentoring program and served as a key contributor to the organization's Strategic Plan.


Erinn Corbett-Wright has been named Secretary, bringing a unique combination of professional expertise and personal experience to the position. She contributes extensive nonprofit and philanthropy experience to the board, along with her lived experience as a Forum Award winner. This dual perspective provides valuable insight into both the operational and impact sides of The Forum Foundation's work.


These leadership appointments reflect The Forum Foundation's continued commitment to strong governance and strategic growth as it expands its impact in the Philadelphia region and beyond.
